Hey guys what up? , i tomorrow maybe go jogging , practice for 1.6KM run , still wanna practice even though everyday at school run here run there , wanna train my stamina , without it i can kiss my 1.6KM run pass good bye , I'm hoping for the 1.6 can be below 7 minutes , after that i try 6 minutes then 5 and so on , i know i know below 5 is actually impossible but who knows , maybe it can be possible , my friend did it why can't i ? i got asthma haiz , wonder can pass anot lehh , the 5 stations maybe can pass cause last time all my incline pull-up is 0 but now i got the same as Justin ... 13 TIMES CAN YOU BELIEVE IT????!!!!!!!!!!???? hahaha insane isn't it? well gotta go ... byes ...
